การ์ด SOS ในแอปนี้เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยสื่อสารเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่บริการฉุกเฉิน หากเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินในเกาหลี ให้โทร 119 (รถพยาบาล/ดับเพลิง) หรือ 112 (ตำรวจ) ทันที อย่ารอหรือพึ่งพาแอปนี้แทนการติดต่อหน่วยงานฉุกเฉิน
1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข
การใช้แอปพลิเคชัน K-Talkie: Thai-Ko (“แอป”) ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้งานและถอนการติดตั้ง
2. สิทธิการใช้งาน
เราให้สิทธิคุณใช้แอปแบบส่วนบุคคล ไม่ผูกขาด โอนไม่ได้ และเพิกถอนได้ เพื่อการเรียนรู้ภาษาเท่านั้น คุณตกลงว่าจะไม่:
- คัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ
- นำเนื้อหาไปเผยแพร่ ขายต่อ หรือใช้เชิงพาณิชย์
- ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติเข้าถึงแอปในลักษณะที่รบกวนการให้บริการ
3. เนื้อหาการเรียนและข้อจำกัด
โปรดอ่านอย่างละเอียด:
- แอปนี้เป็นสื่อการเรียนภาษา ไม่ใช่บริการแปลภาษาหรือล่ามมืออาชีพ
- เราไม่รับประกันความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของคำแปล คำอ่าน หรือคำแนะนำใดๆ และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเข้าใจผิดที่เกิดจากการใช้ประโยคในแอป
- เราไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์ใดๆ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ผลการตรวจคนเข้าเมือง การได้รับวีซ่า การเข้าประเทศ หรือผลการสอบวัดระดับภาษา
- คะแนนจากการฝึกพูดเป็นการเทียบข้อความที่ระบบรู้จำได้ ไม่ใช่การประเมินการออกเสียงโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
4. การชำระเงินและแพ็กเกจ
ส่วนนี้ใช้กับแอป Android เท่านั้น การซื้อแพ็กเกจทั้งหมดดำเนินการผ่าน
Google Play และมีผลบังคับใช้แล้วในขณะนี้
เว็บเวอร์ชัน (k-talkie2026.web.app) ไม่มีระบบชำระเงิน
และไม่สามารถซื้อแพ็กเกจใด ๆ ได้
4.1 ประเภทแพ็กเกจ

4.2 การต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ
- แพ็กเกจรายเดือน/รายปีจะต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ และเรียกเก็บเงินภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนสิ้นสุดรอบปัจจุบัน
- ยกเลิกได้ที่การตั้งค่าบัญชี App Store หรือ Google Play ของคุณ ไม่ใช่ที่ตัวแอป โดยต้องยกเลิกอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนรอบถัดไป
- การลบแอปออกจากเครื่องไม่ถือเป็นการยกเลิก
4.3 การคืนเงิน
การชำระเงินดำเนินการโดย Apple หรือ Google ทั้งหมด เราไม่สามารถคืนเงินโดยตรงได้ กรุณาขอคืนเงินตามนโยบายของ App Store หรือ Google Play
4.4 ราคาและการเปลี่ยนแปลง
ราคาที่แสดงในแอปเป็นราคาโดยประมาณ ราคาจริงขึ้นอยู่กับร้านค้าและภูมิภาคของคุณ หากมีการขึ้นราคาสำหรับแพ็กเกจต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามที่ร้านค้ากำหนด
5. โฆษณา
ผู้ใช้แบบฟรีอาจเห็นโฆษณาจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาโฆษณาหรือ
สินค้าและบริการที่โฆษณานั้นนำเสนอ
แพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงินทุกแบบ (7 วัน / รายเดือน / รายปี) และแพ็กเกจ
“เอาโฆษณาออก” จะปิดโฆษณาเหล่านี้ทั้งหมด
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เนื้อหาทั้งหมดในแอป (ประโยค คำอ่าน คำแนะนำ ภาพ โลโก้ ซอฟต์แวร์) เป็นทรัพย์สินของเราหรือผู้ให้อนุญาต และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์
7. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม
แอปใช้บริการภายนอก เช่น ระบบรู้จำเสียงของเบราว์เซอร์ ระบบวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน และฟอนต์ บริการเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการนั้นๆ ดูรายละเอียดได้ที่ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
แอปให้บริการ “ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่” (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใดๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งและโดยปริยาย
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่องใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้แอปได้ ความรับผิดสูงสุดของเราจำกัดอยู่ที่จำนวนเงินที่คุณชำระให้แอปใน 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมา
ข้อจำกัดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคกำหนดไว้และไม่อาจสละได้
9. การระงับและยกเลิกบริการ
เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการให้บริการแก่ผู้ที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขนี้ และอาจยุติหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงแอปทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควรหากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญ
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
เราอาจแก้ไขเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งภายในแอป การใช้แอปต่อหลังการแก้ไขถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่
11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี (Republic of Korea) โดยไม่กระทบต่อสิทธิที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในประเทศที่คุณพำนัก
12. บัญชี (ไม่บังคับ)
คุณใช้ K-Talkie ได้โดยไม่ต้องมีบัญชี หากคุณเลือกเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google คุณต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป และตกลงว่า (ก) จะรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี Google ของคุณ — คุณรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมภายใต้บัญชีนั้น (ข) ใช้หนึ่งบัญชีต่อหนึ่งคนและไม่แชร์บัญชี และ (ค) ไม่ใช้บริการในทางที่ผิด เช่น พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้อื่นหรือหลีกเลี่ยงการซื้อ
เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ คุณลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อตามที่อธิบายในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและที่หน้าลบบัญชี การลบเป็นการถาวร
บัญชีและการซื้อเป็นของแต่ละแอป K-Talkie: การซื้อ Pro ในแอป K-Talkie หนึ่งไม่ปลดล็อกอีกแอป การซื้อดำเนินการโดย Google Play ตามเงื่อนไขของ Google Play การเข้าสู่ระบบไม่เปลี่ยนราคา การคืนเงิน หรือการจัดการการสมัครสมาชิก ซึ่งยังอยู่กับ Google Play

The SOS cards in this app are a communication aid, not an emergency service. In an emergency in Korea, call 119 (ambulance/fire) or 112 (police) immediately. Do not rely on this app in place of contacting emergency services.
1. Acceptance
By using K-Talkie: Thai-Ko (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for language learning. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit its content
- Access the app by automated means in a way that disrupts the service
3. Learning content and its limits
Please read carefully:
- This app is language-learning material, not a translation or professional interpreting service.
- We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of translations, pronunciation guides, or tips, and accept no responsibility for misunderstandings arising from use of its phrases.
- We guarantee no outcome, including but not limited to immigration clearance, visa approval, entry to any country, or language examination results.
- Practice scores reflect a comparison of recognised text, not an expert assessment of pronunciation.
4. Payments and plans
This section applies to the Android app only. All purchases go through
Google Play and it is in force now.
The web version (k-talkie2026.web.app) has no payment system and
nothing can be bought there.
4.1 Plan types

4.2 Auto-renewal
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel via your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the app, at least 24 hours before the next period.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4.3 Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We cannot issue refunds directly. Please request refunds under the App Store or Google Play policy.
4.4 Pricing
Prices shown in the app are indicative; the actual price depends on your store and region. Price increases for auto-renewing plans will be notified as required by the store.
5. Advertising
Free users may see third-party advertising. We are not responsible for advertising content or
for the goods and services it promotes.
Every paid plan (7-day, monthly, yearly) and the “Remove ads”
purchase turns this advertising off.
6. Intellectual property
All app content (phrases, pronunciation guides, tips, images, logos, software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright law.
7. Third-party services
The app uses external services including browser speech recognition, analytics, and web fonts. These are governed by their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing here excludes rights granted to you by consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms, and may discontinue or modify the app in whole or in part at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
12. Optional Account
You may use K-Talkie without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you must be 18 years or older, and you agree (a) to keep your Google account secure — you are responsible for activity under it; (b) to use one account per person and not to share it; and (c) not to misuse the service, for example by trying to reach other users’ data or to bypass purchases.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You may delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy and on the account deletion page; deletion is permanent.
Accounts and purchases are specific to each K-Talkie app: a Pro purchase made in one K-Talkie app does not unlock another. Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms; signing in does not change prices, refunds or subscription management, which remain with Google Play.
